Your Best
                    Is Here.

Your launches are leaving money on the table. Let's go get it — without you in the middle of every step.

Launch

You built the offer, the audience, and you've launched enough times to know there's something real there — but lately, the numbers come in just fine. You tell yourself it was a decent run, and the quiet "that should've done more" feeling never goes away.

You start running through the list: maybe it's the offer. Maybe the audience has gone quiet. Maybe you just need to launch harder.  But it's almost never the thing you'd guess — it's the stuff you're too close to see. And that's exactly where I come in.

Because You Didn't Work This Hard for Your Launch to be "Fine."

You've launched before

So you know this one should be landing bigger by now.

You're too close to see why

The offer? The audience? List fatigue? From the inside, they all look like... maybe.

You want answers, not assignments

Someone in it with you, not a framework to file away.

Here's Where the Launch Burnout Ends

It's entirely possible to run a launch you can build a business on —  without burning out to get there.

Years inside launches at major scale — brought to yours. Here's what that actually does for your next one.

The launch stops running entirely on you.

No more being the one who catches every problem mid-launch and patches it on the fly. The plan holds when cart opens, your team knows their part, and when something needs a call, you're not the only one who can make it.

3

The win isn't just a fluke you can't repeat.

You'll know exactly why it worked — which means you can repeat it, refine it, and stop reinventing the whole thing every single time.

Your next launch does what the last few couldn't.

Not by adding more — by fixing what was quietly holding the number down.

LAUNCH
STRATEGY

Launch?

Ready to

Audit

The Audit

This is where we find what you can't see from the inside.

→ A full diagnostic of your offer, audience, team, and every piece of your past launches — so we stop guessing whether it's the offer, audience or fatigue.
→ Where the business actually sits right now — and how that lines up with what's happening in the market.
→ Identify the patterns that have been holding your business back, but you've been too close to see them.

By the end, you're not guessing anymore. You know what to fix — and you've got the plan to do it.

Plan

The Plan

Walk into your next launch ready to go — not guessing and hoping for the best.

→ Every phase mapped — runway, conversion event, sales sequence, cart open, close, debrief. Nothing left to figure out mid-launch.
→ Built to hold when it's live, so launch week is working the plan, not scrambling to build one.
→ Your team aligned and accountable. Everyone clear on the goal, the timeline, and what they own. No bottlenecking through you.

You stop being the only one who knows how it all fits. The team has their parts, and you have clarity on every call before you're in it.

Launch

The Launch

You'll have a strategist in it with you and your team — from kickoff to cart close to the debrief that makes it repeatable.

→ Weekly meetings to keep it moving — decisions, content, team questions, handled as they come up, not piled up.
→ Eyes on the data, live. We watch it come in together and adjust mid-launch, instead of finding out what went wrong after the numbers are in.
→ Every asset reviewed, from the sales page, emails, ads, scripts — the messaging down to the design.

By the end, you've run the launch you've been aiming for — and you're not the one who had to drag it over the finish line.

Repeat

Debrief & Repeat

After cart close, we break it all down — so the next launch starts from everything this one taught us, not from scratch.

→ The full debrief — what worked, what didn't, what you'll never do again.
→ The playbook, documented and yours, so the next launch builds on this one instead of reinventing it.
→ The patterns to carry forward and what to drop, so the next launch is easier and better.

By the end, you don't just have a better launch behind you — you have a repeatable way to launch that gets stronger every time.

Launch Strategy & Support is me, in your launch, with you — for founders who've launched before, have a team, and know the next one can be bigger. This is for you if you're done being the only one who can see the whole picture.

Lauren, this is so, oh my gosh, I could cry at how detailed this is.

I don't want it to be where I was overwhelmed trying to come up with, or trying to reinvent the wheel every single time I launch something specifically.

HOW would I do it without you!!!

Jeez, all the moms on IG make it seem like you can just "launch a course in a jiff" I’m like WOW and I’m so grateful for you! First sale already!

OMG OMG OMG! thank you SO much for bringing my dream to life!

You are what makes my dreams a reality!

I've got answers.

You've got questions.

Is this good for a first-time launch?

Honestly, no — and that's me protecting your money. This is built for founders who've launched a few times and have real revenue and an audience behind them. If you're just starting out, you'd be paying for a level of strategy you can't fully use yet. You'd get more from the Launch Planner or a Kit to get your footing first.

01

Do I need a big team already?

No — but you need a few key players. A capable person or two who can execute when handed a clear plan. I'm not here to run your team's to-do list; I'm here to give you and them the strategy and direction so everyone's doing their best work. You stop being the only one who knows how it all fits together.

02

How far in advance of the launch should we work together?

Earlier than you'd think — because the launch is won before cart ever opens. The real work happens in the runway: the priming, the sequencing, the setup most people rush. Ideally we've got 90 - 120 days before launch, so nothing's a scramble and every piece has time to do its job.

03

I've been burned by agencies and others before. How is this not that?

Usually the burn isn't that someone gave you bad advice — it's that they only gave you advice. They came in, told you what to do — "fix the funnel, tighten the emails, build more demand" — and left you to figure out the how. But you didn't need more ideas. You've got plenty of those. You needed someone to actually get in there with you.

That's the difference. I don't hand you a list of what to fix and disappear. I get into the details with you — the part you're too close to and too buried to do alone — and stay in it through cart close. You're not walking out of a call with homework. You're walking into a launch with a partner.
